Cottage Country/Sunday Best

 Rosseau River

Some places I can return to over and over and never get tired of taking photos there. This is one of them. Yesterday - Friday - my husband and I traveled north to Toronto's Cottage Country where it was a mostly overcast, but the sun peeked through now and then.

Just gorgeous, shame it's pouring down now. Love this time of year.

I can see why this is a favorite place to hang out with a camera. Those changing leaf colors are beautiful but the water rushing over the rocks even surpass that!

Marvelous, EG. I would love visiting this place, too.

Very nice, love the colors. You are several weeks ahead of us in the weather.

Beautiful! This is what I miss about being in Ontario...the fall colours. Your photos of this scene brings me a feeling of contentedness; like a child reading a wonderful book leading to day dreams ;-)

So much color! These are beautiful!
Seeing these I hope our color is half what this is.

TexWisGirl again had the same thought as I. The first one would make a challenging jig-saw puzzle.

Das kenne ich auch, man kann sich von einem bestimmten Ort nicht losreißen und entdeckt immer wieder etwas Neues...

These are gorgeous! I'm trying to get some time (and a day or 2 without pouring rain) to head a bit further north before peak is over.
