X/Alphabe-Thursday

 Old wooden wagon wheel

X is for: Xs and Os

Oh my goodness! I saw this wheel and immediately thought to Alphabe-Thursday. How crazy is that?

Xs and Os to all my readers!

Seen from the opposite side of the wheel

I am linking to Jenny Matlock at Alphabe-Thursday HERE

it works though and you do see the X clearly. Great shots as always,

Perfect! How serendipitous was that!

Not crazy at all; I've begun lugging my camera with me so I can take pics for my blog...although nothing so good as your photos.

i love it and what a great way to use and old wheel, like a round railing for the porch and recycling a piece of history

Very nice. That wheel must have had some spokes cut out of it since all the wagon wheels I've ever seen has more spokes.

It's pretty crazy but I've heard that most photobloggers are pretty crazy so you fit right in with the rest of us.

It's raining? On Halloween? You may not see too many trick-or-treaters then. We don't get any, being in a 55+ gated community. Which is OK, 'cause at our age, by the time we get out of our chairs and to the door the candy is old and moldy!

Thanx again for your very nice note!

Without knowing the size I thought it was some kind of steering wheel.

I like your old wheel, Ms. G. This is the first four spoke wheel I've known. It should work for light loads.

"X" is tough, but how perfect is this?! And that's the best looking wagon wheel I've ever seen - very unique! I'm glad you photographed it from both sides, they're both very photogenic.
