Scavenger Hunt

 1. Color

This week I'm playing Ashley Fisk's scavenger Hunt looking for photos to fit the prompts:  color, view. stroll, outfit and blocks.

When I saw these clothes with the yellow house in the background I knew immediately this was COLOR!

 2. View - a peaceful reflection on Lake Scugog

 3. Stroll - an end of season stroll checking out the sales

 4. Outfit - safely clothes often seen worn by construction workers here

5. Blocks - Victoria Hall, Cobourg

A bit a cheat here, as the hall appears to be made of blocks but is actually faced with sandstone.

These answer the challenge very nicely. All workers on our railways have to wear high-visibility vests, which is sensible enough. Yesterday I encountered a man wearing one, but he was painting the inside of the waiting-room - it was difficult to imagine what kind of danger he might have been in!

Your end of season photo made me think of the pumpkins now on sale at my local grocery.

Gorgeous photos! My favourite is the second one.

Washing reds and then whites togethers? I'm impressed!

You have covered all the categories with fine choices.

I like the laundry. We don't see that very often and particularly not in a setting as nice as this.

Love the construction worker's outfits. Bright colors and reflective materials are almost mandatory now. Well done.

I like the clothes line shot the best. Something we do not see much these days. Pretty neat.

I love pictures of clothes on the line, and I love your 'view!' I could stand to be there in that picture for sure.

These were great. I really liked them all. The clothes on the line was such a neat choice for color and that view was so pretty.

Oh my goodness, what a group of creative photos. I can't believe I saying this but I may favor your color over your view! It's just lovely against the yellow house! Love the workmen in their orange shirts, and the last one for blocks, that is one handsome beauty of a building!

Love the first shot. Someone likes red.
