Hollyhock Days

Hollyhocks in my garden. It has been a lovely summer for these old-fashioned favourites.

I'm playing around with double exposures. Well, actually it's a collage. The first layer is a light pink hollyhock. And the second is of red and dark pink hollyhocks reaching for the sky. (If you look closely, you can see the sky.)

  5. Today is a real "Wow!" WOW! I love this! I love old-fashioned hollyhocks, too. When I got mine, they were not labeled, and I wound up with double ones (which don't look right to me) and only white and one red. I want the old-fashioned type in the exact colors you showed us. WOW!
