Canal Bridge

Lift bridge and reflection, Hamilton/Burlington

Taking this photo last Monday (a beautiful February day), I was in Hamilton looking across the canal at Burlington. I was struck by the beauty of the orange reflection. The colour is paint, not rust.

    Great reflection. Sort of the color of our Golden Gate. Doesn't look quite a cold as some recent photos.

    This is such a beautiful shot.
    I have always found draw bridges kind of scary for some reason but I love to watch the boats going through.

    Beautiful! The boat captains on the canal certainly should be able to see it! Thanks for your comment. I like to use my van windows reflections - some shots are better than others.
