This clematis grows on an east-facing wall at the back of my house in a place that few people get to see it. But now all that's changed since you're all taking a good look at it. This is how it looked just after a rain shower a couple of weeks ago.

ReplyDeleteI love this shade! I had some growing on my mailbox back in Ga but they were a darker shade of purple. Love this color against the white...just lovely!

ReplyDeleteAs for your question about my photo, unfortunately we have allowed that door bells took their place instead of those artistic knocker.
We don´t see that much of tyhem nowadays, so that's why it really caught my eye speciallY because they were rebuilding the whole house!
That is a beautiful flower I love the vine of flowers. It is still hot here. Today it was 83 degrees.

ReplyDeleteOh, I love clematis. My neighbor used to have one growing on a lamppost (we both moved away from that block). I love how the drops of water are hanging from the flower.
