Winter's Old Black Magic

Remember theses Old Black Magic lyrics by Harold Arlen: Those icy fingers up and down my spine/ That same old witchcraft....? I'm thinking these icicles look a bit like witch's fingers. Anyone else thing so too?

  1. It looks like white crevices of the wall! Or a full box of cotton which has gashed at its sides! Rich imagination, don't you think?

  5. Now that you point it out, I think so, too. It looks beautiful but I do not look forward to the snow, especially in the city.

  6. A beautiful old-fashioned winter of way-back-when we would call this here in Arona. We just had some watery snowflakes yesterday but that was all. It is years ago when we were covered in snow for a few days. I will post a picture of Arona in snow as a Christmas card to all blogger friends.
    Have a good weekend! Cheers
