There's alot of great things going on in the photo. The colours and tapestry of the sky are great contrasting with the snow and the horse on the ground, but seperated by the darker treeline. A nice story has been told.
Simply beautiful! I am so grateful to SkyWatch, visiting you always fills me with sheer pleasure, all your pictures, not only today's. Thank you for sharing them. :-)
Canada just has a bigger sky, there's no getting around it. I wonder if horses and such think about the beauty of sunrises, they're out in them more than we are.
You know... as I go through these sites week by week, occassionally, I come across that shot that really strikes me and causes me to just stop and take pause. This is absolutely amazing! I am truly blown away by it!
It looks as though someone took a paintbrush and made a perfect display of yellow and gold in the sky! It's breath taking. Nice shot! I'm looking at the sky here.
I see from your photo that winter has come to your region! How beautiful it is! Vienna (and Austria) has many "wild" places indeed. The town planning is quite good, but the citizens take care of wild nature, too. Have a nice weekend and thanks for visiting my blog!
