wonderful shot of this cat, Hmm, I mean tigress. I guess cats in your part of the world don't mind getting their paws wet with snow and ice. Cats in Arizona absolutely hate the water and will stop and shake their paws and stop walking when they touch water.
Good contrast between the white of the snow and the orange of the cat! I envy you and your snow. We had snow twice last week but it disappeared by nightfall in most places. Well, I walked a wooded trail yesterday and I did see a few remnants of snwo left. . .
Is this your kitty? Its a pretty one no matter who it belongs to.
My cats went out this morn and the porch was so cold...they would lift up their paws and shake them as if there was snow. But they would not come back inside.
Thanks for visiting my little corner of the world. I hope you enjoyed your stay here. Please leave a comment before you leave so I can visit your blog.
Nice shots. Splendid hunter, is remote relative of tiger.
ReplyDeleteIt can find food in the all parts with snow or without, day and night!
Beloved creature!
Beautiful cat! Looks like he or she is enjoying the snow!
ReplyDeleteWow. The hunter on the prowl. Beautiful face. Lisa
ReplyDeleteThat cat is on a mission! Did he get what he was after? Great shot!

ReplyDeleteI'm showing hubster this!! It's what you are suppose to feed the smelly sardines to! Makes me wish I had mice. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat orange really pops in the white snowy background. I think the prey would be sure to see him sneaking up.

ReplyDeleteYou did a wonderful job of capturing the cat's intense focus on his prey. The contrast in the color in the photos is great.
ReplyDeleteLove the cats, these are beautiful pictures.
ReplyDeleteLooks like he or she is hunting with that determined facial look.
ReplyDeleteNice shots of the predator out in the wild. Pity the poor critter s/he is after. Great looking tabby.

Be still my heart, what a beautiful kitty!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful kitty! I'm glad he not hunting my birds :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful ( probably) Tom cat. He looks very conspicuous in this white snow! Thanks for sharing! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteHe has about the same shape that this Baby Kitty has that belongs to my daughter. He weighs 18 pounds.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, dramatic shots of the cat. I like how the lighting sets the photograph off.
ReplyDeleteHow cool! I don't think my California kitties would know what to do in the snow!

ReplyDeleteWow, that kitty is big! Nice shots. And thanks for visiting us!
ReplyDeleteOooh.. I do admire your orange marmalade cat! Great photos!
ReplyDeleteI guess that cat is on a mission! Fortunately the snow here is getting too deep, and Azrael won't venture out anymore.
ReplyDeleteB.
I had my first orange tabby at 2, and ever since then these striped beasties have been favourites. Perfect shots of the careful snow stepping routine.
ReplyDeleteSeeing this makes my toes shiver!
ReplyDeleteLooks hungry :) Nice photos!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful hunter. Oh great color, wonderful face. Is this your cat? Love it. MB
ReplyDeleteEG: That Canadian Tiger is on the prowl.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty against the snow!
ReplyDeleteTwo lovely images. The cat looks like it doesn't mind the snow too much.
