  1. So neat. Does the goose bother them? Is it just a perception thing or is the Canada Goose that much bigger than them?

    The ferry boat ride to visit my Mother is a short one--only 20 minutes or so depending how fast/slow the pilot goes. LOL MB

  16. We have cattle egrets in Niger (I think) - they beaks are not so long. Beautiful picture - love when nature has wild inhabitants!

  23. I didn't see a 2nd egret until I clicked on it and enlarged -- jsut presumed the goose was an egret in the shadows. . . Great catch! The egrets are beautiful birds.

  24. We have 2 herons in the neigbourhood, but I have not been able to take any photos of them. They scare so easily... So I'm impressed: Beautiful shot!

    The goose and egrets seem to get along well. The goose's body is bigger but I think the egrets are taller.
