A summehouse just about anywhere would be nice. Why do we always want to 'get away'? We are sweltering with record and unheard of heat and this Pacific NW girls needs some RAIN. MB
Cottages? These look like major-sized homes...incredibly beautiful scene! Reminds me, again, so much of northern Minnesota! Especially along the North Shore of Lake Superior.
There's a pretty spot. I wouldn't mind being in the kitchen of that house, instead of needing to go downstairs to mine, which has no lovely watery view.
We both did homes by the water - cool. :) I like yours though. I'd want to be down there walking picking up stray shells and driftwood. A summer house - not happening here!
Catching up and I left comments on your last 5. I finally got a new post up while learning to load photos on a community PC until I can get my own computer fixed or replaced. I have three ready to go for a couple more days now. One of these days, I will finish my camping adventure.
It must be such a treat to wake up there! You asked how I made my underwater photo...I just bought a small and cheap underwater camera, that's all. I highly recommend it, though...its great fun :)
Thanks for visiting my little corner of the world. I hope you enjoyed your stay here. Please leave a comment before you leave so I can visit your blog.
Nice spot for a summer cottage, but where oh where has our summer gone?

ReplyDeleteI'm curious to know what that is closer to the water's edge. It looks too flexible to be driftwood - could it be seaweed of some description?
ReplyDeleteHow's the weather there? I would enjoy staying at a house like that! PErfectly built!
ReplyDeleteA lovely scene.
