Boathouses/ Watery Wednesday

Boathouses at entrance to harbour in Beaverton, Ontario

I've posted this for Jacob who said he wanted to see a coloured version of the boathouses when I posted this (cropped a bit) in monochrome. Click here to see the black and white photo.

  1. I like color better too. Love the splash of red. My friend has a red canoe and it makes for great pictures on the beach or in the water. MB

BTW: I don't spin but I did just get a wheel and not will learn. MB

  4. I like the color better too, EG... Some B&W's are great... But--this picture is pretty in color. Wouldn't it be neat to live on the water --and go downstairs to get in your boat???? Wow!

  8. OK, forget my previous comment, I hadn't read the "for Jacob" bit. I love the b&w though of course the red is enticing.

And that boat is only one detail because the boathouses took the scene! :)

  19. Those are literally boat houses. It must be nice to live above your boat. I think I prefer the color version as well.

  40. I do like the color version best. It's so subtle and clean feeling. What a different life style that is with a boat in the garage...I also like that splash of red. Very nice photo!
