Railway Bridge/ Watery Wednesday

Railway tracks over a bridge beside a river

Even the cattails are turning yellow. And after our recent winds and rains, the trees are bare.

  5. Great shot, EG. It is true once the wind and rains come and the freezes---nothing is left. Bare branches are rather pretty though--maybe? MB

  11. It's funny, we have a railroad similar to that one here - it always has water beside it, even though it's just a ditch.

  19. MB,

I think bare branches are often graceful, elegant and beautiful so, although I like leaves, I don't see their falling a tragedy. ;-)
