So nice country side photos here again ! Trees without leaves, horses, a donkey. Here in Scandinavia has rained and snow has melted almost. Cold winter weather here and shops advertising christmas already :)
Great capture. I hate to say I did not notice the second horse till I read your comment. I was wondering what kind of hay it is and remembering our old horse like hay that had clover in it.
I saw it was something odd about the horse, and then you tell there're two. What a relief. Nice autumn picture. Dried hay and a Burberry trench coat for the mother. I wonder who many horses the tractor has. (We say horses, you say horse power, I guess). From Felisol
My daughter and I just read a scene in a Narnia book where the horse didn't want to eat toffee, and he couldn't understand why the kids wouldn't want to eat grass. Those horses (I see there are two?) seem to be enjoying the hay.
Such a fabulous photo! It's almost a trick picture...I didn't see the second horse at first! They are sneaking hay off the tractor...what a hoot! And, what a great red tractor! It's definitely hard to find such a scene anywhere near where I live! This really is such a precious image!
Thanks for visiting my little corner of the world. I hope you enjoyed your stay here. Please leave a comment before you leave so I can visit your blog.
Poor guy must be starved.
ReplyDeleteI had to laugh at the 6 legged horse!
ReplyDeleteWe don't have these big round bales here. I guess this is about the only way to move them around. Sweet image.

I nearly didn't see 2 horses! That photo looks like it could easily have been taken around here (though I doubt it was!).
ReplyDeleteFun, funny, funky shot with a great red tractor! Well done, EG!
ReplyDeleteNice looking horse, maybe pampered somewhat as seen by his winter wear. That is a massive amount of hay, the horse looks happy - and dinner is served!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot :)

That second horse did a pretty good job of hiding from the camera. Perhaps he was too busy eating to have his picture taken.
ReplyDeletethe horse was eager indeed. Looks like it knew who the hay was for,LOL. Love the red tractor.
ReplyDeleteNifty red farm vehicle and FUN capture ... titled marvelously ;-)
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,

ReplyDeleteI did this post for you. I think NZ did worst than Canada in this case.
Thee two horses must be wondering who has greater horse power.
I enjoy looking at countryside photos, beautiful nature at it's work.
