Sun shining like a spotlight onto field
Notice there are thick fluffy clouds everywhere except for one big hole where the sun shone through creating a circle of light on the farm field in the lower left.

Lovely farm scene. Clouds and sky are always fascinating. I think the Angels are playing peek-a-boo. MB
ReplyDeleteThat is such a lovely scene...wish I was in it.
ReplyDeleteLucky farm. We have a similar phenomenon down here...bright and sunny on one side of the street, dark clouds and rain on the other!
ReplyDeleteLove this pic! Have also been spending a lot of time in farm country of late. This photo epitomises the farm life. Beautiful and serene!

ReplyDeleteMary,
ReplyDeleteIt was an extraordinary morning because the light was incredibly beautiful. It looks blue in the distance because I was standing on a hill (you can see I was above the tops of the trees in front of the farmer's fields) and the distance is far, far away through haze.
However, I did lighten the photo a tad and I also sharpened it a bit.
Most of the photos I took that morning have faded blue in the distance. :)
Excellant catch EG, I bet that didn't stay around long.
ReplyDeleteB.
PS SOunds like you do have the green going strong in your town. That's great. We have a lot of similar things but not the public composting or chemical restrictions. They neighbors think I'm nuts weeding my lawn by hand. :)
ReplyDeleteThat is very cool! Great capture and lovely scene. ~Jeanne
