Something about this photo brings back memories of Lake Skaneateles - one of the Finger Lakes in upstate NY, where I used to spend the fourth of July each summer.
I'm not quite sure what triggered the memories but they're lovely ones, so thank you for whatever it was :).

The weather must be still chilly up in your area. The harbor must be very busy when the warmer days approach.

Looks like downtown Nashville, Tennessee. They are having one historic flood there now.

The low profile makes it look like the buildings are partially submerged.
