Mother and child, dairy-farm style
This week's Photo Hunter challenge: mother/mom
OK, I didn't hear this calf actually call this cow "mom" but it did say "moo" and that's pretty close.

YeeHaw! Moo is close enough! I love cows ... I think it's their eyes! :D
ReplyDeleteI totally agree - that's cow talk for mom.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Mother's Day celebration.
Sweeeeet!
ReplyDeletereally like the rustic barn behind with the chippy reds and the broken glass.
ReplyDeletenice shot.
Sounds good to me! Ü If you are a Mom, hope your day is special too.
ReplyDeleteAnd Happy Mooder's Day to you!
ReplyDeleteAdorable.
ReplyDeleteI love how the photo is naturally color coordinated black, white & red. I bet you spent hours planning that. ;)
ReplyDeleteVery wonderful feel to this picture! They are definitely mother and child.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot of the cows and I'm sure moo with a certain inflection is mom. Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteAwww - and how can you eat them after this?? In my world there would be an over-abundance of bulls . . . *sigh*
ReplyDeleteBovine bliss. It's so wonderful to drive about and see all the calves and foals running about this time of year!
ReplyDeleteWhen a cow came on the tv the other day Lorelei was passing through and she stopped and gave this great big Moooooo! You would have loved it.
