This was out in front of a century-old home in small-town, Ontario. Since then I've spotted another painted lime green but I have not taken a photo of it...YET.

Down the road someone has a bright orange on at the start of their long driveway with their address on it and someone up Chuckanut Rd. has a fence of ole ones painted white. Odd but true. MB
I've seen some of these in Ocala and I do like them. Makes good use of an old artifact that otherwise would end up in the trash. And, if chased by scoundrels, one can toss the flowers and pedal away - fast!
This is a cool way to display flowers. I love it! A lady in our area has an old bicycle and she plants live flowers in the basket every summer. About the Monarchs, the males have a black dot on each hind wing on either side of the body. Have a wonderful day. B.

There are many of these around here. I haven't taken a shot yet, either.

What a pretty decorated corner. Nice details and light.
ReplyDeleteLove old bikes, even when they have outused their main purpose.
ReplyDeleteEven the tires are a bit yellow! I like it ;D
ReplyDeleteThis is so charming! Bicycles are so visually appealing somehow, and yellow? Even better!
ReplyDeleteI like the new use for old bikes. This yellow one is very eye-catching. Maybe we will get to see the green one?
