In years gone by I went to the Muskokas quite often... It's beautiful, like your photo, but I remember the mosquitoes!

Ah, that looks so much more comfortable than the climate today in Central New Jersey.
What a beautiful, pastoral scene. I would certainly enjoy spending a few days on this lake. I'd just enjoy the view rather than fish.
Nice! I've been there, done that! Looks like Minnesota. What do they catch in those shallow waters? Walleyed pike?

We took our rods with us up to Shipshewana, but didn't stop at any of the creeks. Seeing this makes me regret we did not take more time.
