Re population growth: I don't know what happened...Stone Creek's been rather in the doldrums for a couple of years and now all of a sudden it's going crazy with new models and new construction everywhere. I think a lot of it has been due to Obama's "Stimulus" which included monies to home buyers...That's one of the reasons we sold our house and bought in Stone Creek - $6500 was a nice stimulus!
Overall, though, Florida's population declined last year for the first time in many years.
