Belwood Lake/ Watery Wednesday

Belwood Lake Conservation Area, Ontario

I took this photo late one afternoon in late October on the shore of Belwood Lake, created in 1942 when the Shand Dam was built. During the summer months, Belwood Lake is popular for swimming, water skiing, fishing and boating.

  1. Perhaps it is because I just came in from letting Willie out this morning and the temp is below freezing, but looking at this shot I feel a cold wind blowing in off the water. Wonderful view!
