Lots of variety in the weather right now
It's that TIME of year: we are in between autumn and winter! (The City Daily Photo theme this month is: TIME)
A little sunshine, a bit of snow, some melting...and definitely chilly. I just had to include the two leaf prints made by Mother Nature on a concrete sidewalk. Aren't they lovely?

Nice composition. I like the colors you have selected.
ReplyDeleteI really do like those leaf prints! And the picture of with the canoe. It is really windy here today and cooling down to 27 tonight. Maybe I can get some frosty pics in the morning!
ReplyDeleteThe leaf prints are amazing. Looks pretty chilly in your neck of the woods.
ReplyDeleteDarla
I love how you can capture beauty at what feels to me a dull time of year.
ReplyDeleteHope you make the time to enjoy the nice weather.
ReplyDeleteA really nice mosaic. Winter time is coming! Good choice for the theme day.
ReplyDeleteNice pictures, Ms. TG. Thank you for your nice compliments. Blogging is fun isn't it!
ReplyDeleteI am waiting for the lakes to freeze over up there. I know you will report with nice pictures on that too. :)
..
I really like these, it's so interesting with the colors and textures!
ReplyDeleteThey are lovely, yes, but all the photos tells great the theme ;-)
ReplyDeleteDo you know the Simon and Garfunkel song 'time time time and see what's become of me...' That's what I wanted to post today but forgot about it completely.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely cold autumn collage!
Love the leaf images on the concrete! Great post.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your lovely collages! Nice idea for TIME theme day today - it's TIME for a season change!
ReplyDeleteArtistic and beautiful image, and a good TIME choice.
ReplyDeleteGreat post, EG! We've got some leaf prints in the walkways at Sholom Park too...they're exquisite.
ReplyDeleteNice take on the theme...and you've illustrated it very well.
Gonna get cold here tonight and tomorrow night...below 30 F - hate it
! But it will climb back into the 60s during the day so that's something.
Me again...re your question on Stone Creek: no, our house looks almost exactly like this one, though...this is across a field from our house...
ReplyDeleteI love the leaf prints. As usual all your shots are great but the leaf prints were quite a find.
ReplyDeleteNice characterisation of the season. Lovely iced leaves. I like the canoe at the picnic table and the riders although I am amazed that one is riding without a hard hat. Here it would be forbidden although our girls ride bareback with their hair streaming behind them but only on our farm.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and 'timely' collage. Yours are the best. I too like the leaf prints. MB
ReplyDeleteYour two posts are absolutely beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYou do have a knack for finding the best that Mother Nature has to offer... love the leaf prints
ReplyDeleteLove this time of the year, all that is missing right now is snow. But don't worry, it will soon be here.
ReplyDeleteI like the design created by the melting snow, but those leaf prints are also neat.
