Isn't winter sometimes so beautiful? I felt that way as I walked out early this morning in our new snow. Thanks for a great homage to winter and water!
What an exquisite capture -- as always!! Glad you had a bridge to stand on! I, too, love the feeling of the movement on the water! Superb! Enjoy your weekend!
Oh it's like a Christmas card scene, EG. What a beautiful photo. I, too, love the movement on the water. Have a great weekend. (I think you should wrap up under those conditions, LOL!) Greetings from Jo
Long as it's snow, I love it. . . old snow, new snow! BTW, we are to get snow on my birthday the weatherman said-- this coming Wednesday! I am so excited!!!!!! I hope they are right about the prediction.
This shot is just tooooo dreamy. It’s beautiful. Hopefully, we will get some scenes like this one here in VA, before too much longer. This is definitely a magical photograph.
So many wonderful outdoor winter scenes make me want to get out there and explore. Not today, though. Edmonton has a heavy snowfall warning and it's been snowing since yesterday. Some rooftops look as if they have three feet of snow on top. (Not from this weekend, mind you. It's accumulative). Hope you're warm. Have a wonderful weekend.
Thanks for visiting my little corner of the world. I hope you enjoyed your stay here. Please leave a comment before you leave so I can visit your blog.
I love the white and the look of movement on the water.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to put myself in perspective to the camera eye. Please don't tell me you were standing in the water to get this photo!!
ReplyDeleteKathy,

This scene looks so much like the winter here. Our creek isn't quite frozen yet either. So cool for a reflection.
