Many of the homes on the south side of Lake Simcoe are enclosed by hedges, walls and fences with fancy gates.

This is a beautiful gate. It reminds me of the gates in Savannah, Georgia, although those gates don't normally have snow on them.
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful fences! Especially the first one! :)
ReplyDeleteVery elegant. The gate is beautiful. Wouldn't it be nice to have a house fenced in that wrought iron stuff. Maybe it is yours. I don't have a fence at the house--I wish I did--only in the pastures. MB
ReplyDeleteI love ironwork fences and gates, they are so elegant. The first one is so ornate. Love them both!
ReplyDeleteThat is really beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI like these, they give a house some individuality. I see they have accumulated a bit of snow.
ReplyDeleteVery intricately designed. Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteMacro Monday
The top gate is lovely.
ReplyDeleteLove all the ornate details in the first one.
ReplyDeleteThe first picture is my favorite. I like the way the snow is resting on all of those details.
ReplyDeleteNice lines created in the second shot.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful details of the iron work!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful iron gate!

ReplyDeleteI can't believe I became fascinated by the iron gate. It must have been your great photograph skills. I also learned the location of Georgina, Ontario. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteIron work gates and fences are so beautiful! Great shots :-)
ReplyDeleteFabulous gate!
ReplyDeleteDon't fence me in. I wanta go south...to Florida...where it's warm.
ReplyDeleteOf course, if you have to build a fence, it would behoove you to build a fence like this with a nice gate...
