Lake Simcoe/ Watery Wednesday

Lake Simcoe in late April/ early May

The water is high right now and in this spot has covered much of the beach.

I am linking to Watery Wednesday where you can find many more watery photos.

  2. Will those rocks be exposed later? You'll have to post a shot of this in August or so to compare.

  13. I love Lake Simcoe but you know that! Do you have a cottage there? Yes? We'll see you this summer! ;-)

Re the azaleas: The didn't seem wild to me; actually they were rather tame! :-) The darn things grow like wildfire here though. We had them all over our yard at our old house - so beautiful!

  18. Such a pretty sight...but I bet that water is COLD! The dark greens of the evergreen in contrast to the lighter green of the new leaves on the others is so nice. Love all the birds on the water. It has turned COLD here , again. I do not think it is ever going to end.
