Harrison Creek/ Weekend Reflections

Late summer reflection in Harrison Creek, East Gwillimbury

The closing of summer is less than a month away, represented here by pink blossoms of Joe-pye weed, green but yellowing grasses, blue sky and wispy clouds reflected in the creek.

    Beautiful picture! Love how the clouds are reflecting on the water. I've never seen those type of flowers before. I don't think they grow in West Virginia.

    I do love this reflection and the landscape. I haven't seen joe-pye weed in person, maybe we don't have it. How lovely it would be if I could grow it in my garden, though I know they'd be more beautiful in the wild.
