Froggy/ Camera Critters

 One side of leopard frog

This guy or gal is sitting in a sandy spot at the side of a creek. I think the frog (a leopard frog, I think)  is pretty well camouflaged, especially when seen from a bit further away.

The other side of Froggy

Added later: my apologies. This is a frog not a toad. OOPS!

  5. Okay, so, did you try kissing him? He's quite handsome as a toad, can you imagine how handsome he would be as a prince?

  7. Interesting catch! I am surprised it did not move away after you got the first shot. Definitely a camoflauge body!

  8. A great shot of this little guy. I am also surprised that he was still long enough for a photo.

  9. He is a cammo cuty. The frogs down by my pond go splash splash into the pond from the edge went one approaches and we don't even see them. MB

  15. S/he was probably relying on camouflage to keep you from seeing him/her/it.
    Fun frog fotos, however.
