"Too many nuts?" In my opinion, it's too many squirrels! Cute as they are, they're a menace, esp if you want to feed the birds! I've been doing battles with them for the 35 years that I've lived in this house, going thru numerous bird feeders without outsmarting them. Grrr!
Ah but Kodee just loves her squirrles. What would her day be if she didn't light off like a cannon in pursuit of them trolling her fence line. Great captures!
I can never get too upset with the squirrels even though they pilfer the bird feed. They're so full of antics and I always think they've got to eat too! But I know the feeling of being too full on peanuts! I love those goobers as we call them here in the South (or used to at least)!
so cute and pudgy. i am wondering if the reason northern squirrels are much bigger than our little skinny ones is they have nuts to eat. we have no nuts, they eat fruit and rarely acorns, but no nuts.
Thanks for visiting my little corner of the world. I hope you enjoyed your stay here. Please leave a comment before you leave so I can visit your blog.

ReplyDeleteUsually we see squirrels in a standing position or holding a nut, so it's great to see a "lounging" squirrel - nicely captured.
