Mosaic #1
M is for MOSAICS
Ontario is not a mountainous province but we do have ski hills.
Mosaic #2
Sometimes snow makes lovely patterns that are fun to photograph.
Mosaic #3
At times snowflakes are so big that I challenge myself to take macro shots of them. I'm glad I still have a few more weeks of possible photo ops before spring to perfect this.

ReplyDeleteYou do so well on these theme days!
ReplyDeleteMea culpa! It's working fine now. So, I'll say you are a mosaic champion. The ski hills don't look too bad. I might be tempted to give them a try. But on the other hand, why not just take pictures?
ReplyDeleteI like all the mosaics but that second one really appeals to me.
ReplyDeleteLove the macros- I've been taking lots of those closeups...no snow around here though.
ReplyDeletelove the pattern with the snowflakes. Really looking good. :)
ReplyDeleteDelightful and imaginative mosaics - those snowflakes are especially eye-catching. Thanks for sharing (and dropping by my blog). Have fun with your macros!
ReplyDeleteWow! These are all really terrific! All three are wonderful mosaics. We don't get enough snow that I've ever studied individual snowflakes like you've done; these are gorgeous. (Not gorgeous enough that I long for snow, mind you.)

ReplyDeleteYes, a wonderful mosaic of snow, good framing!
ReplyDeleteOnly bunny hills for me. I like the geometric shapes in the middle collage, and those snowflake details are out-of-sight!! Very nice.
ReplyDeleteThose macros of the snowflakes are astounding, and I'd much rather ski a hill than ski a mountain.
ReplyDeleteMarvelous! Love what you did with the snowflakes!
ReplyDeleteI think you've perfected your snowflake shots. Great idea for M. :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat mosaics, really like the snowflakes.
ReplyDeleteI like the ski shots. Better than being at work.

When Rod was a little boy in Edmonton, he kept hitting trees on the slopes, so he stuck to ice skating! Such good work with the macro shot!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the snow in the path. What a wonderful series of pictures!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, your snowflake shots are fantastic! I always thought those ice crystal shapes were too tiny to see. Good to know that I was wrong.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot!

Very pretty mosaics, Ms. E.G.T.G. ~~ I would not have guessed these would be where in the elements and where people could trample on them.
