This time of year the yellow branches on willows excite me. Don't get me wrong: I DO love winter. But I am also looking forward to spring.

ReplyDeleteAlways nice to experience the approach of spring as new life bursts forth upon the earth.
ReplyDeleteRe your question: We have a funny winter. It can be 80 degrees one day and 40 the next. We're now in the midst of our 3rd Canadian cold air blast and it will be cool for the next 3-4 days.
When I took the Panera Bread pic it was rather early in the afternoon and a little cool so most everyone was inside, although some were eating in the area in front of the restaurant.
I am looking forward to spring too. The willows are just starting to get that yellowish look.
ReplyDeleteZmiana koloru gałęzi wierzby dodaje wiary, że wiosna nadchodzi. Zdjęcie jest śliczne. Pozdrawiam.

ReplyDeleteYes to Spring! I too don't mind winter, but by late Feb/early Mar, well, let's hope it ends soon:)

ReplyDeleteAfter all the greys of winter, those splashes of willow color are most welcome! This is a grogeous shot. The reflections are wonderful, love the perspective.
ReplyDeleteWe are looking very much forward to spring, too. Blue skies and water poking through lake ice, just as you have pictured! Bring it on!

ReplyDeleteThat golden reflection does indeed look warming and full of promise! Here in South Australia we have just experienced our hottest Summer on record, so are looking forward to the coolness and rich colours that come with Autumn.
