I am totally loving your first photo. The aerial view makes for an interesting composition, and the shadows from that perspective provides an optimum advantage for shadow play of the textures. The street light is made even more attractive with the echo of the hard shadow across the building. And you captured a good shadow play going on in your husband's workshop. You didn't have a bit of trouble with this challenge!
