that first shot is one of the best I have ever seen you post. WOW! is what i said when it opened. i love the shadows, the composition, and the textures of the brick and shingles... amazing photo... cool skates to
This is a fun grouping of photographs for Sunlit Sunday. The first one really grabs my attention, with the interesting shapes so clearly repeated in the shadows. Wow.
Lovely sunlight and shadows - the first one is stunning. I never noticed things like that until I started taking pictures. And now I'm on the hunt for them! Happy Sunday!
I really like that first one. Almost ornate white that eyecatching shadow. I love the sunshine too. Now if the fog would burn away we would have some sun. MB
Sunshine and shadows are wonderful subjects to take pictures of. I just love your skates hanging and the shadow they create. You don't see any gingerbread like on the old houses as years ago, at least in Canada they don't seem to use it anymore. Perhaps gingerbread will make a come back. I love your photos of the trim.
Shadows let us see the shapes without the distraction of colour. The cold air makes the sunshine just that much brighter. I really enjoy the design in the 1st photo. The shells in the last post are very interesting, too.
Thanks for visiting my little corner of the world. I hope you enjoyed your stay here. Please leave a comment before you leave so I can visit your blog.
Fascinating trim work in the first photo. I'll bet you can't find that pattern at Lowe's.
