Seen in hospital parking lot

This license plate makes me wonder how many cats the owner of this car has. Any guesses?

    If it were my plate one cat would be too many... no I don't hate cats just terribly allergic!!!

    I could do with that on my back gate - all the neighbourhood cats congregate in my back yard, probably they realise it's a dog- and children-free zone.

    if you put it on your license plate then you probably have way too many. so that means you should be called the "cat lady". right??! ( :
