Back side of car mirror
Last Saturday my sister- and brother-in-law and I attended the Cool Country Cruise In behind the East Gwillimbury Civic Centre. Besides photographing old cars, I caught a few fun reflections.
Modern white E.G. Civic Centre reflected twice in side of old red Ford
People who love their old cars sure do keep them clean and shiny!

ReplyDeleteWOW! I love the mirror reflection. Cool! Have a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteYep, then there are the rest of us who abuse our cars.
ReplyDeleteYes... so shiny. Now I look forward to seeing you photos of the cars.
ReplyDeleteI love the mirror reflection.
ReplyDeleteThey certainly do take good care of their cars!
ReplyDeleteyou know how much i love the 'mirror art' shot... my kind of photo. i love old car shows
ReplyDeleteI suppose if I had one of those expensive vintage cars I might spit polish it, too. lol Love the reflections.

You're right, good old cleaned cars always offer great reflections !
ReplyDeleteTwo things: 1) Very creative reflection shot...most would use the mirror for a reflection. 2) Your town hall is quite impressive.
ReplyDeleteRe your question on Ocala: Yes, it is a moving sign - I just caught at the right time! Or wrong time! :)
Old cars look wonderful in the sunshine. There will be a couple of car shows here through the summer, I'll probably go along with my camera. Nice pictures.
ReplyDeletea lot of money - a lot of work - a lot of pride! :)
ReplyDeleteI like those reflections. Your town hall is sleek and modern looking. It is very white and when it snows it might blend in.
ReplyDeleteI love old cars and I know the owners are very proud of their vehicles, some of which have had 'extreme makeovers'. I like the reflection of the new in the old.
ReplyDeleteFun shots!
ReplyDeleteI also went to an "oldtimer" show (as they call them here) last weekend. It was neat to see all the old cars and motorcycles, but a little too hot!
ReplyDeleteNeat reflections and hope you have a great weekend.
Great reflections, EG! Car cruises are always such fun!
ReplyDeleteHmmmm - no one will ever catch a reflection in the side of my dirty little car!
ReplyDeleteNice reflections - especially your first shot.
ReplyDeleteThe car mirror reflection is amazing. What pristine condition these old cars are in.
ReplyDeleteSo clean that they are still wet!
ReplyDeleteThey spend hours and hours shining them. We have a car show in Stanwood in August. The car club 'Twin City Spoilers'. MB
ReplyDeleteCars are great subjects for reflections and especially the old, restored, spit shined kind. Great find, awesome pictures and lucky you to get to go to a show like that.

ReplyDeleteSounds like such a great day. Love the photos, too.
ReplyDeleteLove that shade of red, nice reflections too.
ReplyDeleteLovely reflections.
ReplyDeleteNice a mirror who reflects on two sides. Nice find.
ReplyDeleteVintage reflections .. love the double reflection EG.
ReplyDeleteFun! Bright red sports cars are always so exciting! great reflections!
ReplyDeleteI don't think that would work on my car. The backside of the side mirror is painted. This one worked really well. Great job!
ReplyDeleteThey make for some awesome reflections!
ReplyDeleteThat is such a shiny paint job. Nice reflections and photos.
ReplyDeleteYou are right, you caught some fun reflections. I love the cherry red paint job.
