third floor, Southlake Hospital
Now that the weather has warmed up, flowers are blooming in the planters placed in the garden outside the gym. The pointy skylight in the centre of this photo is the roof of a small chapel on the first floor.
Reflection in patients' windows
A few lucky patients can look from their beds out onto the garden.

ReplyDeleteHow nice the hospital maintains this little garden. I'm sure it helps to have someting pretty to look at while you're healing.
ReplyDeleteA flower garden (even in pots) is a different kind of chapel that can lift the spirits and help in the process of healing.
