Kitten on the Fence

 Friendly kitten

This cute little barn cat was super friendly. When I stopped to take a photo of a farmer's field, this kitty  spotted me and tried to convince me I was it's new best friend. It even climbed into my car. Three times!

I finally had to pick it up and put it down next to this fence.  At first it was distracted by something on the other side of the fence and then...

The evil eye?

looked back at me as if to say why don't you want to take me home?  Well, it is a barn cat...but a well-cared for one. We know the owner and he would miss the kitten, for sure!

  12. Aye the kitty like it. That all that matters but it has its purpose.

A head scratch er or neck scratcher . Whatever kitty likes. Kitty has.

    Thumbs up.

  21. It worked! The last picture is wonderful! All the barn cats around here are rather feral, it is unusual to see one this friendly.

  25. What a sweetie! You might like to look back some time to see if she is still looking cared for. Might be her first day abandoned? You have a great heart. It shows in your photos-

  27. What a cute story and kittten. I just recently had a similar experience (only no fence)with a group of little barn kiittens. Oh, it is so hard to walk away :) We have three cats and at my age, bringing a kitten into my life that would most assuredly out live me, wouldn't be fair to the kitten ... so I pass. But, I still love them to pieces.
