On a mission to keep walking
Last Saturday I attended the Mount Albert Santa Claus Parade. A few canines participated in the parade and here's a small sampling.
Checking out the photographer (and everyone else on the sidelines too)
Walking with grace and dignity
I am linking to Saturday Critters HERE.
Dogs make the best pets.
ReplyDeletewhat a fun parade and the collie is truly graceful and prancing.
ReplyDeleteLOVE dogs on parade:) Hug B
ReplyDeleteOh, yeah! All decked out for the holidays. Spike (middle photo), though, I think could do with an attitude check. :-)
ReplyDeleteThey are adorable.

The third dog really has the strut.
ReplyDeletelovely dogs, faithful friends
ReplyDeleteCute pups!
ReplyDeleteMan's best holiday friend.
ReplyDeleteHaha! Love the expression on doggy numer one 's face, it's like 'what are YOU smiling at' :)
ReplyDeleteAwwww, such cuties! I love the little guy's Santa Suit.
ReplyDeleteNow number one and number three look so happy on the parade, but the other one looks unhappy about being photographed. Maybe he would rather be at home chewing on a bone?
ReplyDeleteThe First two got it ... eyes on the camera, the little Sheltie though ... this was serious business. Very cute, all of them.

They are all cute, but ever since I saw the TV show, "Lassie," I'm partial to collies! Never had one, though.
ReplyDeleteVery cute!
ReplyDeletesnappy and snazzy pups. :)
ReplyDeleteThey are all so cute in their festive wear! :)
ReplyDeleteNice to see the doggies in the parade. MB
ReplyDeleteAwwww....very cute! Glad you captured these!
ReplyDeleteHow adorable.
ReplyDeleteAh, my favorite "Santas" for the holidays!! And what a trio of cuties for the day!! Just the smiles I needed on this gray, grim day!! Hope you have a great weekend!!
ReplyDeleteOh how cute! Love that Santa hat/bells collar! Too funny!! Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteSweet babies. They had a similar event in my neck of the woods. I should have gone. You took some fine pics.
ReplyDeleteAdorable dogs! :)
ReplyDeleteOH, those dogs are adorable!
ReplyDeleteThey are wonderful, EG!
ReplyDeleteGlad you liked the "sapsucker". ;-))
ReplyDeleteThat looks like so much fun!!!
ReplyDeleteI wish we had something like that here. I doubt my dogs would have been behaved enough to attend something like that. Lol! Although.. our little Abby might have been okay with it. She loves anything outdoors.
You can actually get a sense of how fast they are walking. Their outfits are awesome, too! The dog in the middle, I love the little jester's bell collar.
ReplyDeleteWow! they are so sweet.
ReplyDeleteAll three dogs are lovely. Glad I don't have to pick one. Have a lovely weekend.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely Christmas dogs! I've enjoyed your photos.
ReplyDeleteHave a great 3rd Advent
I attended Christmas in the Park last night
ReplyDeleteand oohed and ahhed over the babies and the dogs dressed up for the event :)
Cutie pies strutting their stuff...willing to put up with the human costumes to get out and about. I think it's time to pull out our poochie's Santa hat again...
ReplyDeleteFun post thanks
ReplyDeleteThey are all so cute, adorable doggies on parade.. Great shots! Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeletePleasant parade. The second dog was cheerful decoration. Regards.
ReplyDeletePoor things. Ummmm, now that that's said (no offense meant), if I had to choose, I'd take number 2!
ReplyDeleteDearest EG; Oh, they are SO adorable and I wish I could see them on the parade :-) Before thirty I had Shetland Sheep Dog whose color was really close to that last doggie; Haha almost in tears(^^;)
ReplyDeleteSending Lots of Love and Hugs from Japan, xoxo Miyako*
Love these dog shots!
ReplyDeleteoh man - Cute, Cute, Cute . . you had my heart and full attention with that very first photo . . .
ReplyDeleteMountains of Merriment to YOU!!!
The first one's look says, "I'm busy. The faster I walk, the faster I get to remove the sweater."
ReplyDeleteDoggie #1 looks like he could fit into the Grinch movie somewhere. I wouldn't want to mess with dog #2, but the Collie looks like a sweet dog.
ReplyDeleteOh how sweet!
ReplyDeleteHappy!

So, in Ontario can a pet owner who dresses up a dog be brought up on charges?
ReplyDelete(The last dog has a royal strut despite his wardrobe.)
Cute! We went to a Christmas parade today and there were some dogs participating.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Christmas Doggies!
ReplyDelete~
Great shots! But I'm not sure that middle dog is really getting into the Xmas spirit!!
ReplyDeleteAny Santa Claus dogs?
ReplyDeleteLovin' this!!!
