Reflection in City of Kawartha Lakes marsh
Traveling along a very, very bumpy dirt road on Tuesday (which we will NEVER travel down again, by the way!), we passed this reflection. I had to stop to take a few photos!

It seems the more difficult the trip the more exciting the shots though. See.
ReplyDeleteThe stump appears almost.......almost.... almost dragonesque.
ReplyDeleteA water dragon perhaps?

ReplyDeleteOh, that's a great find!!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great reflection photo.
ReplyDeleteSome of the coolest scenes in nature require bumpy roads. I think it's because there IS bumpy roads, it's less traveled, and less ruined by human hands. ;) Glad you persevered! :)
ReplyDeletewhat an amazing reflection!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHow lovely. And the water is a smooth as glass!! The reflection is perfect in every way.
ReplyDeleteLike a mirror, EG! I didn't realize there was a City of Kawartha Lakes. I will have to google to see what areas it includes.

ReplyDeleteLovely, just lovely...
ReplyDeleteAre you sure? That was a pretty nice reward at the end of the bumpy road! Hope your car survived in one piece.
ReplyDeleteIf only looking at the reflection, it would be hard to tell which is the reflection and which is the real thing!
ReplyDeletePerfect!
ReplyDeleteIt's always interesting what can be found off bumpy dirt roads! One of my sisters seems to have a love for all B maintenance roads--the ones that say "Not passable in winter or wet weather." So, we have an adventure once in a while! It can be fun to take the road less traveled. Nice to see the reflection.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you got to enjoy one of those really rural roads!
ReplyDeletegreat reflection of the very interesting tree
ReplyDeletePerfect reflection.
ReplyDeleteGood that you stopped, especially since you'll never be there again!
ReplyDeleteAmazing picture. I can't see, where the reflection begins - such a perfect shot!
ReplyDeleteThis is really striking!
