Fancy Details

 Shadow of fancy details

I find it interesting that new homes in my area (maybe in yours too) have added details that look kinda Victorian...but not really.

  3. i love gingerbread on houses and this is beautiful, modern day ginger bread, but what makes the photos special is the LIGHT and the shadows.

  5. I"m not to well versed in Victorian but I wonder is "kinda Victorian" sort of like "kinda pregnant?"

  10. That is interesting detail to add to a house, it does give it a rather Victorian air. I like the shadows. I see that kind of detail on houses in Portland, but not so much where I live.

  17. they have something similar, on the house they are building next door to use. the house they have been building for 18 months, and it's till not done!!

    i like these little touches, they kind of personalize the home!!!
