Storm Window

Don't you love days when the weather is perfect for opening windows to let in fresh air? But the iside window and shade is closed. Maybe no one is home.

    I remember having the windows open in the winter time here.
    Doesn't get terribly cold and is enjoyable.
    Your blue windows are pretty, old-style and hence very attractive.

    The window frame is such a pretty shade of blue. I am longing for warmer days when windows can be opened and fresh air filters round my home.

    I still have old wooden storm windows like this on the front of the West Hartford house. They provide excellent insulation, though they aren't much for opening. The window opening occurs on the side with the modern triple track storm windows.

    I like these colors...and I love open windows in summer. We've been happily sleeping with an open sliding door and hate to think we'll have to button up in a couple of months or less.

    What a beautiful window . . it reminds me of times I've heard people say, when a door closes, a window opens . . . They always mean a new opportunity is unfolding. i wonder what new, awesome possibility this window is announcing?

    I love this style of window, you can get air in, but not so many bugs and heat. I really like the blue too!

    I told Bob yesterday when the first day comes that i can open the windows and let cool air blow in, i am taking everything out of this computer room and throwing everything not used OUT... i do love cool air coming in windows. this storm window is the prettiest one I have ever seen.

    I do love these windows EG, even in the middle of winter I like my window open for fresh air.. Admittedly it doesn't often get that cold :)

    Beautiful blue trim against the bricks. It is attractive but devils to put on and take off. . . too heavy for me.

    Yes! I love those red phone booths-a thing of the past. What an excellent place for a model and a photo shoot (although I don't do that kind of a thing, I have friends that do).
