  15. i am trying to think if i have ever seen a fire escape in real life. only in movies and photos. these are fantastic, the shadow lace makes the photo and i like the rust. but then you know that. we have no fire escapes here, even the few tall buildings they are inside stairs.

  17. I think we need more of these old-fashioned fire escapes. Too often people are trapped on the upper floors during a fire with no way out. Beautiful shadow work!
