Mid September Nature Notes

 Butter 'n' Eggs

The growing season is definitely slowing down but there's still lots of colour. These photos were taken on a windy, overcast day.

  9. I like the down-home name of the Butter-and-Eggs. They're pretty flowers, too. The fall asters are always lovely, and the bees really like them.
