Oh, yes! I like them both, too!! And I agree with you -- I think that first one is flexing its muscles!! Fun shots as always!! Hope your weekend is going well!! Enjoy!!
I love the one on top - it looks like an ungraceful gooney bird (or other flightless avian) trying to reach the sky. A wonderful pair of shadowy subjects :)
Thanks for visiting my little corner of the world. I hope you enjoyed your stay here. Please leave a comment before you leave so I can visit your blog.

ReplyDeleteBoth those lamp shadows are striking shapes. Artistic photos.
ReplyDeleteMaybe not so much the lightbulb as the lantern.

ReplyDeleteLet's hope someone isn't stealing either the bulb or the lantern.
ReplyDeleteYou have a very vivid imagination!
ReplyDeleteI love both of them for different reasons. The first reminds me of the squirrel on Ice Age.
ReplyDeleteThe top one is quite unusual.
ReplyDeletecharming.
ReplyDeleteNice! But I found myself looking for a letter formed by the first one. Instead it looks a little like eyebrows and a nose to me.
ReplyDeleteFine pattern in those shadows.
ReplyDeleteVery nice lamps but the first one is very unique.
ReplyDeleteThis first one... strange. I wonder what the designer had on his mind.
ReplyDeleteTerrific style of lamp.
ReplyDeleteNice captures. It certainly does look like it's flexing.
ReplyDeleteYes, unusual! No, it's not your imagination-it is flexing it's muscles!!!
ReplyDeleteIt seems the chain protect only the lamp and not light bulbs! Love the light and shadows on both
ReplyDeleteGreat finds, cool captures.
