Buggy/ Sepia Scenes

Old Order Mennonite Buggy

This looks old but may not be THAT old. Old Order Mennonites still use this mode of transportation, called a "courting buggy" as there's room for only two people.  This one is an ornament placed in a side yard.

I'd love to see one of these being driven down the road.

And it's a convertible, too. Very sporty!

It lends itself well to sepia. I would like to have one of those for my yard. I have just the place too. MB

It's a cute buggy, I can imagine it full of flowers and with a beautiful couple taking a stroll at afternoon in Spring...

How sentimental. An ornamental momento perhaps of the couple who now resides in the house.

I thought I was going to see bugs--this was a nice surprise. If you want to wander down my road I’m home.

What a wonderful view of an ancient transportation device. No more than two? What about the horse pulling the couple - he can hear everything!

Very nice ornament! ;-) If I had this, I'd get myself a horse.

I love this old buggy and the simpler lifestyle it evokes.

Cool shot for sepia! I like that it's only for two.

What a wonderful sepia picture. The buggy makes a wonderful lawn ornament.

For some reason I really like old buggies...can't figure out why. Maybe it's because they're so photogenic...

Not sure I'd want one rotting away in my yard, though.

Another excellent photo -- the processing is perfect with sharp light and dark tones...

It would be a cold ride today! You'd need a soap stone for your feet.
Love those old buggies.

I really like this...and I would like to take a ride in one. I have ridden on a regular horse drawn wagon as a kid so it is probably similar.
