These are such fascinating creatures...but terribly smelly and often feisty.

We have a couple at Silver Springs Park, and you can feed them, but must be a bit careful. I can't stand to be around them very long 'cause they stink so bad!

You really spotted it!
The giraffe is so close to the people. Aren't they beatiful animals?
I took some photos of giraffes at the zoo in Palm Desert (Desert Museum) 2 winters ago, and still marvel at their serene beauty.

The "head shot" is so beautiful but I kinda like the way the giraffe looks "behind the fence" because it makes its body look so unusual.
