Boat Launch/ Watery Wednesday

Boat launch, Keswick, Ontario

Most boats have now been put away until next spring, but the day I took this photo the weather would have been great to be out on the lake.

Once again I like the composition of this photo. It would make a wonderful painting - water color I think.

That water is so peaceful and serene...wouldn't it be nice to have many more of these kinds of days. I guess boats have to be put away early so as not to get caught in unforeseen bad weather, but it does look like the perfect time to be out on that water!

Lovely photograph, EG.

The place looks so quiet, a place for meditation or reading a book.

This is beautiful. The calm water with the reflection of the leaves on the trees and the roofs of the buildings make this shot especially appealing to the viewer. Great capture.

It's that Indian Summer weather sneaking in to remind us of warmer days. . . but the snows will be coming shortly.

Still and thoughtful, like autumn itself if you discount the storms. LoL
