Silos at Sunset/ Sky Watch

Glow in the west

The cattle had headed back to the barn to the left of these silos.. I can't remember,  but I suspect they just missed all this beauty.

Oh WOW!!! this image is just gorgeous. I hope all the cows didn't miss any of the beauty. I am sure they are chewing their cuds over it.

Just beautiful. MB

love the gradual changing of color in the sky. I just finished a book set in Amish Pennsylvania. This scene could be in that story. Wonderful photo.

The cows don't care like we do -- they see it happen daily. It is so subtle that it is very becoming!

The silos at a distance look almost like skyscrapers on our wide open plains--very different from the truth. This is a lovely photo, and I like your comment about the cows!

Great Farm sunset photo..but you know..I have never seen a tower on top of a Silo before..well they just didn't have the modern stuff like today when I was a kid on the farm.

I am so late in posting and so behind in my comments....school has been rugged since last week. MANY bad kids in my suspension room draining every bit of strength from me. Your silo shot is wonderful. We have so many of them is this rural county and I am always telling myself I’m going to photograph them...and then I forget. If the cattle missed it, they missed one beautiful day. Your composition and tonal quality is lovely. Love it!

Magnificent light in this shot. The cattle should have stayed outside a few moments longer!
