Musselman Lake/ SOOC

The fence was closed and locked!

I was hoping to get a shot of Musselman Lake from this side, but this was as close as I could get!

A beautiful photo, even if you couldn't get thru the gate.

A wonderful winterland photo even from this side of the fence

Good thing it's an iron gate. It still allowed for a nice scene.

Very nice shot.
Good wintery scene. Snow may be no fun but it sure is pretty. MB

Why was it closed and locked? Afraid someone would fall through the ice?

Pretty shot at any rate.

You have a great sense of humor! Yep, that's the way we lower workmen on the roof. :-)

I like how the gate looks against all the snow

I think it's still lovely. It would be interesting to see the same shot in the Spring.

This is still a beautiful wintry photo, even if you couldn't get any closer.

The fence gives you such a nice and easy frame for the photo.

I would never have known that was a lake!

As a young man I spent a lot of time hang out there. Also there is only one "n" in Musselman's Lake.

Just around the corner from me... well, a few corners actually, but certainly you were in my neighbourhood! We should meet for a cuppa coffee one of these days!

Close enough, a nice picture anyway.

A lonely snowy lake...quite a contrast of what I saw yesterday to one of our lake here in MI. Happy Sunday and keep warm.

I think the double fence makes for an interesting image.

Still a good shot.

I love the hydrangea macro. Lovely shot, which is a pretty good trick for a dead flower. Well done and beautifully lit.

Sorry you couldn't get in but the fence makes a great image.
