Oh so pretty! I missed taking a picture at our old home in Illinois this past weekend. The apple tree was in full bloom.

Such delightful photographs. As I'm typing this I can view my crab apple tree in full blossom. Such visual treasures!

Love these shots! Drove down to Niagara today and saw so many trees in bloom.

What beautiful shots. WE don't have apple trees much here in B'ham, so it's especially nice to see yours.

The delicate blossom, a promise of what's to come. A terrific macro!

Your first photo shows a single apple blossom up close. I never noticed that they have the same shape as a dogwood blossom, only more of them and much smaller.

The close up is so beautiful.

I can smell them from here EG, and they are beautiful. Our apple trees only have blossoms on one side this year. Very strange..
Have a wonderful week.

And what do apple blossoms smell like? I have no clue. Anything like pears?

I love apple blossoms, I assume this is your tree you've been posting in your first of the month posts.

Great pictures of Pretty flowers (I can almost smell them) -- reminds me of the old old old song, a favorite of my mom and dad, "I'll Be With You in Apple Blossom Time...."
