How nice of the clouds to wait for the sun to go down before completely taking over the sky. To the right of the photo you can catch a glimpse of what the day (Tuesday) had been like, and to the left you can guess what the next day had in store.

gorgeous photos. I really like a lot of your photos from zephyr creek to snow shots. I cannot imagine how anyone can ice fish. Brrr. You need to come to Arizona and enjoy the sunshine even in the winter :)
Clouds together whith the sun are often most beautiful! I am longing for the summer - but anyway: winter is gorgeous at photograpies :) Great sky watch picture :)
When I lived in Minnesota I always knew when it was going to snow because the night before the sky would be crystal clear, then the next day it would snow. Is that true for you? It is a beautful sunset. Happy SWF!
Your photo is beautiful. There is nothing better to watch the end of a beautiful day and then to be able to capture it in a photo.... Thanks for stopping by my blog. I can not tell you how many times I have gone up that mountain and seen nothing, sometimes not even the hand in front of me...scary! Smiles
I love the way you forecast the weather ! Observing as a photographer. Wonderful picture, let's say, take the most of the present moment. It deserve our attention.
You have a nicely trained sun over at your end of the world. Or is it the clouds that have been molded into 'good boy' behaviour? Here it tends to be quite the opposite. It clears up at night and the morning starts as grey and dull as the previous one. Lovely shot.
Thanks for visiting my little corner of the world. I hope you enjoyed your stay here. Please leave a comment before you leave so I can visit your blog.
